In 2003 a couple of Seniors completing their Bachelor’s degree in Management Studies had found that many of their fellow students strive to combine work, social life and studies. The idea of helping them with homework assignments came naturally. Seeing the insides, these two Undergraduates quickly earned trust of their first clients.
With determination and persistence, in less than a year they’ve created a website and organized the operational process for managing customer accounts and serving more than 100 orders per week. What started as a simple side hustle has blossomed into a serious business and the foundation for a country-wide academic writing service.
The next big step in this venture was renting our first office in Skillman, NJ. This event contributed to the success of teamwork process and improved the corporate image. It also made it more convenient for locals to order research papers and give writers face to face instructions.
It’s true what they say, a vocation leads to lasting joy and long-term meaningful satisfaction in work. We figured that when more than a hundred research paper writers have opted to work in their team with a genuine desire to help other students in their studies.
In 2009 we've served our 1000th customer and officially launched 24/7 support line – to ensure that we can meet the tightest deadlines and offer our research paper help to overwhelmed and desperate students 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Despite continued growth and overwhelming success of our service among students from all over the world, we were proud to preserve student-friendly atmosphere where clients feel comfortable with our assistance. Our next challenge was to strengthen the security and confidentiality of personal information and to provide the most reliable data protection for our clients.
2013 was our 10th anniversary and there was much to celebrate. We’ve had our ups and downs. Lucky a lot more ups. This would not be possible without our outstanding team, who worked closely together to solve raising challenges and supported each other through difficult times.
Our continued growth inspired us to expand a range of services for job seekers and business professionals. We started to provide editing, proofreading and copywriting assistance, while many of our graduating clients started to turn to us for Resume/CV consulting advice.
In order to secure the best market prices for our clients while keeping the quality of our service uncompromised, in 2017 we’ve made a decision to relocate our 24/7 support line to the Philippines and hire locals to take sales calls. The rest of the team continued to work from our headquarters in Skillman, NJ.
After recent global disruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, we have switched to a work-from-home model for all our employees across all departments. Yet, Bradenton remains our favorite spot for annual staff meetings, with its lovely beaches and a laid back, fun atmosphere.
